Introduction:
We are seeking a Marketing Operations working student to join our Revenue Operations Team starting in June. As a working student, you will support our team with a variety of tasks and projects aimed at making the marketing team more effective through the use of technology and data.
What you will be doing:
- Data Management: Assist with data management tasks, including cleaning, merging, and importing lists into Marketo.
- Tool Maintenance: Help maintain our marketing technology stack, including Marketo, Databox, Salesforce, and other tools.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support to the marketing team for minor tool issues.
- Knowledge Sharing: Create documentation and guides for the team.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams (e.g., Sales Operations) to support customer service or campaign initiatives.
- Feature Exploration: Have the opportunity to explore new features in our tech stack.
- Idea Generation: Share your innovative ideas for improvement.
What You Need to KnowThis is a Marketing Operations role, so you will be working with technology, data, customer experiences, processes, and lead generation. You will not be doing traditional marketing.

- You are determined, accurate, and have the perseverance to complete tasks, even routine ones.
- You are motivated to learn new tools, such as Marketo, Salesforce, Ringlead, HubSpot, Google Sheets, Docs & Slides, Trello, Scribe, and more. Don't worry, we provide training, but we are looking for someone with initiative and a willingness to learn!
