Introduction:

We’re looking for a Research Consultant to join our US Customer Success team. As a Research Consultant, you will be a foundational member of our Customer Success Team. Our customers at the world's leading brands need your guidance and professional support to manage their projects to success with the help of our Agile Insights Platform. You will bring strong communication and conceptual research skills to make a direct impact on our business. You will work with a talented team of US researchers on US projects and will have the opportunity to travel to NYC for company kick offs and our CS team offsites!

What you will be doing:
  • You help guide our customers through the complexity of their research needs through sophisticated online survey design.

  • You delight and surprise our clients with bespoke and novel insights and approaches. 

  • You serve as a mentor to our Jr. Research Consultants on projects and sharing your broad market research knowledge. 

  • You train new customers on our software and inspire them to use it independently.

  • You strive to master our tools and features and have a suitable answer to every customer's question. 

  • You serve as a trusted advisor and partner to ensure our software is integrated into customers' daily workflows and processes.

Who you are:
  • You are enthusiastic about quantitative market research and new, agile software technologies. 

  • You have earned a degree in economics, social sciences or psychology with a focus on market research, marketing or statistics. 

  • You have 3+ years of experience in survey-based marketing research (e.g. pricing, advertising impact, product innovation, packaging design, branding).

  • You have very good theoretical and practical knowledge in the conception of studies and questionnaires. 

  • You know which quantitative methods are suitable for certain questions and how they work (eg A / B tests, MaxDiff, TURF, Conjoint, Van Westendorp, Implicit / System 1). 

  • You are a very well-organized project manager who stays cool even under time pressure. 

  • You have a winning presence and excellent consulting and communication skills.
