quantilope is looking for a Junior Research Consultant to join our Research Consulting Team. The Junior Research Consultant will bring professional support and empowerment to some of the world’s leading brands, ensuring market research projects are successful and our clients feel empowered with our Agile Insights Platform.

What you will be doing:
  • You help guide our customers through the complexity of their research needs, aiding with sophisticated online survey design.

  • You delight and surprise our clients with bespoke and novel insights and approaches. 

  • You train new customers on our software and inspire them to use it independently.

  • You strive to master our tools and features and have a suitable answer to every customer’s question. 

  • You serve as a trusted advisor and partner to ensure our software is integrated into customers' daily workflows and processes.

  • You collaborate with your colleagues from client development to foster long term partnerships with our clients and product development to provide a constant feedback loop and ensure a close market fit of our product.

Who you are:
  • You are enthusiastic about quantitative market research and new, agile software technologies. 

  • You have earned a degree in business administration, social sciences or psychology with a focus on market research, marketing or statistics. 

  • You are a strong collaborator and enjoy working with internal stakeholders and clients.

  • You are able to prioritize well and are proactive.

  • You are very well-organized, work well under time pressure, and are very hands-on.

  • You have a winning presence and excellent consulting and communication skills.

  • You are fluent in both English and German (verbal and written equivalent to min. Level C1).

Nice to have:
  • You have already gained some practical experience in survey-based marketing research and have both theoretical and practical knowledge in the conception of studies and questionnaires. 

  • You know which quantitative methods are suitable for certain questions and how they work (e.g. A/B tests, MaxDiff, TURF, Conjoint, Van Westendorp, Implicit / System 1). 

  • You gained working experience in (FMCG) marketing, market research, product management.
