Sales Development Representative

quantilope is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Growth Team. You'll be the engine of our US sales pipeline, leveraging a variety of channels to connect with prospective clients and open new doors. This role offers the unique opportunity to manage your own territory and team up with our Account Executives on high-value accounts. We provide all the tools and training you need to excel, so you can focus on what you do best: building relationships and driving growth.

What you will be doing:

Generate qualified sales leads by communicating quantilope's value and helping prospects solve their market research challenges.
Master outbound prospecting through strategic cold calling, email sequencing, and social selling on LinkedIn.
Research your own book of business in order to expand quantilope’s footprint
Actively engage in sales training and professional development to continuously hone your skills.
Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives on the sales team
Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM data, and contribute to team reporting and forecasting.

Nice to have:

Industry knowledge (Market Research) or Previous Sales Experience: While it is not mandatory for you to have extensive market research knowledge or experience, it can be a valuable asset. Having familiarity with the industry or the specific product/service being sold allows the candidate to quickly understand customer needs, ask relevant questions, and engage in more meaningful conversations with potential leads.
Technical aptitude: While not mandatory, having a good level of technical aptitude can be advantageous for an SDR at quantilope. It will enable you to quickly understand and effectively communicate the technical aspects of the product. This trait can be particularly beneficial when engaging with leads from the Market Research space, as it helps establish credibility and provide accurate information during the sales process.

Compensation for this role: $60k base + Commission ($84k OTE, uncapped)
