Introduction:

As a Platform Enablement Consultant on our Customer Success Team, you are the bridge between complex research methodology and our cutting-edge Automated Insights Platform. Your mission is to empower our clients—many of the world’s leading brands—to become masters of their own research. 

Rather than executing research for clients, you are the technical architect and strategic coach who ensures our clients are using the platform to its full potential. Your technical aptitude and deep research background will make a direct, visible impact on how the world's biggest brands make decisions.

What you will be doing:
  • Platform & Methodological Mastery: Rapidly develop deep expertise in our AI-Powered Insights Platform's features, advanced research methods, and best practices, establishing a strong foundation for client-facing technical guidance.

  • Empower & Enable: Act as the primary technical consultant, guiding clients on how to translate complex research needs into sophisticated online survey designs within the platform leveraging our advanced research methods.

  • Quality Assurance & Guidance: Perform expert QA on client-built surveys, ensuring logic, flow, and methodology are foolproof before they hit the field.

  • Technical Troubleshooting: Deep-dive into technical hurdles and survey logic issues, collaborating closely with our Product and Engineering teams to find swift resolutions.

  • Platform Ambassador: Serve as a champion for platform evolution by systematically capturing client feedback and proactively identifying and advocating for potential feature enhancements to the Product team.

Who you are:
  • Business Proficiency in German and English (at least C1 for both)

  • Technical & Methodological Hybrid: You have a strong technical aptitude and a passion for how agile software can transform traditional quantitative market research.

  • The Researcher's Mind: You have 2+ years of experience in survey-based market research and/or self-service market research platforms, and a firm grasp of quantitative methods.

  • Customer Success Obsessed: You don’t just want to solve the problem; you want to teach the client how to solve it next time. You thrive on client "aha!" moments.

  • Clear Communicator: You can take complex technical or statistical concepts and make them easy for anyone to understand.

  • Agile & Adaptable: You are comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and can pivot quickly when priorities shift.

  • A Quick Learner: Ability to rapidly master new processes, platform features, and functionalities to ensure you are always the first-line expert ready to proactively guide and train clients.

  • Innovation and Efficiency-minded: You proactively identify and implement process improvements, and are excited by the idea of building scalable processes leveraging AI as we continue to evolve and expand our offer.

  • Education: You’ve earned a degree in Economics, Social Sciences, Psychology, Information Systems or a related field with a strong emphasis on Quantitative Research, Marketing, or Statistics. A focus on Cognitive Science is a plus.

    Compensation: 42-52k EUR + 10% bonus
